So, up until very recently, Fred has been chillin with the status of premier underground Filter House / Nu-Disco legend. The tunes that brought him to web legend status, however, have always been remixes of relatively less well known indie tracks and such. It appears Fred is looking to take his sound to a bigger audience (think Y.S.L.M.) and his skills are starting to be recognized by some of the bigger names in the pop music industry. Following up his killer remix to Katy P's Firework is another very fun remix to another very poppy track.
If you're self-conscious about your reputation based off of enjoying pop music, you will hate this song...and probably also continue to hate yourself. If you're over that juvenile attempt at individuality, let's party.
