Big Sean ft. Nicki Minaj: Dance (A$$) (Remix)

Hi

Hey. These are good.

Radio INK: Rocket (Bit Funk Remix)

Desire: Under Your Spell

Good Morning

Since most of you are on eastern time, I figured I'd leave these under your pillows tonight and hope that tomorrow will be better because of them.

Mondays are rough. On rough days it's nice to focus on something that makes you feel better. But it's tough to fight through everything swirling around your mind on a daily basis. I was looking at twitter's nationally trending terms today and one was #TheMostCommonLies and the stream was full of people tweeting about ruined relationships and the lies we tell the other people in our lives to hide a mistake we've made. It's unfortunate that that has become a human condition.

Which is why this first song is all about that special person. And that feeling you get when no matter who else you come across you still can't wait to get back home to the one. Sure T-Pain's autotune is more than played out by now but this song makes me feel good. And Lily Allen absolutely kills the hook.

T-Pain ft. Wiz Khalifa and Lily Allen - 5 O'Clock

This next one is for all of you staring out the office window. I'm right there with you.

Scenic - Another Sky (Magician Remix)

These guys know how to do a love song. And Mr. Price (birth name) knows how to tear apart a song and boil it down to what matters.

Snow Patrol - Just Say Yes (Thin White Duke Remix) Special thanks to the Bard for this one. Keep it up down there.

Here's hoping you find a moment to refresh tomorrow (or today, since that's when you'll be reading it) and that the additions to the playlist help you out.

So much soul in this jam.

Don't Stop Dancing

Kaskade Ft. Haley - Don't Stop Dancing - When in doubt, just keep dancing I guess

Gorillaz - Melancholy HIll (Feed Me Remix) - As the title might suggest, not the happiest song in the world but a gem nonetheless

Beaumont - Skyline (Fiero Remix) - This is a great song for going on a drive. Or a walk. But something about having car speakers surrounding you really lends this song some power

Hold On

A little grimy, a little wobbly just a little bit catchy.

Rusko - Hold On (ft. Amber Coffman)

Come dance with me

Whispers

What's the deal with me? What's the deal with you? C'mon baby c'mon baby...I know.

French Horn Rebellion: Up All Night (Clubfeet Remix)

Love Songs

The Sound of Arrows - Nova (II Figures Remix)

Its kind of got a "Watch the World go By" feeling to it so if you're down with the former I'm sure you'll enjoy this one. There's just something unbeatable about stealing away somewhere secret with that special someone. Or the idea of it, at least.

However you choose to describe it, Nova really is a consummate love song.

Strange Talk: Eskimo Boy

My favorite song these days, though I find it really hard to sing the words. Help?

Familjen: Det Var Jag (Boeoes Kaelstigen's Remix)

#Swag

There's something about the way (nu/new) disco feels and sounds and rolls in and out that just screams SWAG! So smooth but so in your face at the same time that it makes you feel like yeah, I got this.

I felt that I needed to share this with you so that we can feel like yeah, I got this together.

South West Seven - What We Do

South West Seven - Miss April (maybe this is a ninja turtles reference? Maybe it's a swimsuit calendar reference?)

Watch the World go By

Le Prix and Johan Agebjorn ft. Lake Heartbeat - Watch The World Go By

Thor has hit you with some remixes by Sir Luscious aka RÜFÜS, fortunately, the originals are quite magical.

RÜFÜS: We Left

Old school, you prolly got that Treasure Fingers remix, but the original is most certainly worth it's own time spent listening.

Miami Horror: Don't Be On With Her

Slow it Down

Sometimes we need to unwind. Some, more than others.

I am of that "some" category, and know there's nothing better to help the unwind process along than the right playlist.

Martin Solveig has finally unleashed the follow up to his global smash "Hello." Off his highly anticipated, soon to be released album...SMASH. Repeat treatment is only fair.

Martin Solveig ft. Kele: Ready 2 Go

Big E on tha trackkk. Shawty got a problem...iss okk, 911, I'm on the way!

Wale aka Ralph Folarin ft. Yung Joc: 911

Some what different from that outstanding Wale track, but if you enjoy vibing, don't deny yourself this new remix from The Magician.

Beni: It's A Bubble (The Magician Remix)

Aural Love

These two lovely ladies are Swedish. Between Odahl, these two, Lykke Li, Adrian Lux and Swedish House Mafia, methinks I need to get to Stockholm, soon.

Just like Adrian Lux was able to turn your aural lust into love, so too are Rebecca and Fiona able to really pluck away at those, um, heartstrings, as they call them.

But songs are worth a million words (at least) so I'll just let the "play" button do the rest.

Rebecca and Fiona - Bullets (Sangria Remix)

Fire Burning

Shoutout to @jdfbaby, get at him on twitter cuz this video is unreal.

Uh huh.

Kelly Rowland ft. Lil Wayne: Motivation -Diplo Remix-

Delorean: Stay Close (RAC Mix)

Wiz Khalifa: The Race

nostalgia, ULTRA.

This free mixtape/album from Frank Ocean is crazy good. It's fresh autotuned R&B on great beats. Frank is part of OFWGKTA (Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All), along with Tyler The Creator of Yonkers fame. If you're from LA, into skating, or just up on your shit and you already knew all that, my b.

Frank Ocean: nostalgia, ultra

The tape's flow is real refreshing. Definitely good zoning music.

Rainy Season

I've got an inkling that there is about to be a Waynestorm...

Lil Wayne: We Back Soon

Hopefully not too weird for you, I feel, that, if, you really listen to this, you'll think it's dope.

M.I.A. : GEN-N-E-Y

I guess it reminds me of Yeasayer, not really though, but a start in explaining I guess.

Futurecop! - Dreams (Featuring Keenhouse) (Odahl Remix)

Don't forget your #Tigerblood this weekend. I hear it's a wonderful hangover remedy.

Dat Sweet N Low

The way this song starts, you might think you don't like it, if you wait till Wayne's verse, you'll be like...awww yeeeaaaaa...I like this song.

Kelly Rowland ft. Lil Wayne: Motivation

Here's some more swaggy Discotronic ish.

PNAU: The Truth (Jump Jump Dance Dance Remix)

The video is finally out, directed by Hype Williams.

Young Wild Free

I had something all lined up to write here but that was yesterday and so now all I can say is thank you to @iGetmuzik for continually pumping out the hip hop freshness that is the "hood shit that keeps [our] heads out of the clouds".

I remember seeing Wiz on stage in '08 like it was yesterday and every time I hear another song of his I can't help but think back to when Say Yeah got the crowd going and smile because I've seen history happen.

Wiz and Snoop - Young Wild and Free

Of course this wouldn't be a post without some "dreamlike and ambient shit" to get us up there in the first place.

Fred Falke - When I look Into Your Eyes (Kyle Rayner Remix)

Not sure if I've put this one up yet already but if it's a repeat I can't say I apologize. Stardust's Music Sounds Better goes "the music sounds better with you" and though he's probably talking about something a little more hallucinogenic than a girl (though a girl by any other name) when this next track says "you are the music you are the song" I can't help but think that comparing someone to music is one of the best ways of saying <3

Radio Ink - Wish U Were Here (Diamond Cut Remix)
