The new year has rolled in, as if you haven't heard. And with it comes, well, I'm not quite sure yet. Which is really more of a gift than a curse, in my opinion. But sort of like how you don't really feel any older until a month or so after your birthday, this new year/decade is going to take a little while to kick in. Until then, perhaps we might all be content to ride the wave and remain just a little hypnotized by the glitz of the receding holiday season. Or maybe not. Either way, here's to looking forward, even if the destination remains a little uncertain.
