Phone Home

Sometimes, when all that's lost remains
Drink from the fountain of youth and never age again
Sometimes we jump across to every cloud
Fly away and get lost and never be found

Through The Jungle

The new Cut Copy album came out yesterday. It's so good, a pretty serious homage to electronic music of the late 70's, early 80's. Any time one can channel a modern version of that vibe, you've got a groupie fan in me. Buy the album here: Zonoscope

Cut Copy: Take Me Over

If you didn't head over to Crizadizzle for some reason, the tune of the moment.

Weezy Wednesday

Both of these tracks are vintage Weezy F. The first is a recent track, I think ladies will like it. It's the first time since jail that we are hearing that classic, sexy guest feature from Wayne.

Mike Posner ft. Lil Wayne: Bow Chicka Wow

The Soo Woo track is pre-jail and much more hood, so if that's not your thing, maybe not for you, but it's vintage Wayne also, where the chorus is never sung the same way, and the passion in the chrous builds up throughout the song. Soo Woo!

Game ft. Lil Wayne: Soo Woo

Lazy

So I've been a little lazy recently, I've got a bunch of good tracks though. Here's a few I've been meaning to give attention to.

This is classic warm synthy electro.

Christoph Anderson: Tuxedo

This is for when you want to scream, go wild, and let that animal inside out.

Wideboys sometimes seem like a novelty act, and then sometimes they make really great remixes.
